Leveraging her degree in Industrial Engineering and decades of HR expertise, Stephanie is disciplined about identifying opportunities and solving problems at the core. Incorporating a strong analytical approach with her interpersonal and organizational savvy, Stephanie brings deeper insights and thought leadership that strengthen leaders and teams. Stephanie challenges business leaders to allocate the same amount of rigor to talent and HR planning as they do to business planning.

Known for her authentic approach, Stephanie convenes diverse groups to deepen their relationships and build team effectiveness. In addition to large multi-nationals, Stephanie has worked with Founder/CEOs and executives of small businesses and non-profits to build and grow strong leaders and leadership acumen.

Stephanie holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg. Stephanie and her husband James see their first goal as raising their three girls to be strong, kind citizens of the world. Stephanie models their family values through her community work including board positions with Edina Give & Go, Cowles Theatre, Penumbra Theatre, and ModernWell.
